Gwyn Engineers uses ROBCAD technologies for all of its design process. With ROBCAD, we can take a design from concept to a complete working mock-up of the finished product or system on a 3D graphics computer. ROBCAD is invaluable, as it allows us to validate automation concepts up front. It takes into account factors such as construction of space, geometric limitations and cycle times. Other important features, such as gun search, automatic robot placement, path cycle-time optimizers, and weld point management tools help us create simulations that imitate physical cell and robot behavior. Finally ROBCAD technology can help ensure that production isn't lost by equipment as it facilitates off-line programming of robots.
