Ergonomics are all about how people are capable of certain demands regarding the work they do. Key factors of ergonomics include how a person sits, stands or moves about and the amount of time taken to conclude certain activities. Ergonomics looks at what makes certain situations more stressful on the body and how this stress can be relieved. For example, when Gwyn is working on a new design, there are a number of factors to consider to provide maximum comfort, safety and precision, and to be flexible and efficient in any given situation.
