The team has extensive experience in the design of body panels, roof tops, pillars, joints, closures, side impact beams, exterior systems to design and development of welding fixture and assembly stations. The team also has its expertise in Roller Hemming Cells for all the closure Components of the Automobile, like door, hood , tailgate, roof etc.

Mr. I. P. Gera (Managing Director)

Mr. I. P. Gera is the founder of Gwyn Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. and he provides the strategic vision and execution speed to the organization, along with 27 years of rich experience with Automotive sector having P+L accountability. Extensive Automotive experience with European and Japanese Auto Makers. Purchasing experience in China, Japan, Turkey and Poland. Significant experience and achievements in “Change Management” updating processes from boardroom to shop floor. Mechanical Engineer (Technician) qualified, together with a degree in Management from Business School.

Mr. Hemant Gera (CFO & Executive Director - Sales)

Mr. Hemant Gera has expertise in management consultancy and finance related fields. Mr. Gera holds a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from UK. He held senior executive position in various prestigious organizations. He is having in depth knowledge of various industries such as, Automotive, Aerospace, Engineering, Software and Biotechnology businesses. He has consulted for both Indian as well as foreign companies. He was also nominated on the Boards of Directors of various companies including as a nominee Director of financial institutions. He has attended several courses conducted by IIMA, IEEE, NCST, ASCI and others in advanced topics in finance, management and technology areas.
